Received both items and the shampoo came opened and half the product gone, need a replacement please

I like to try lots of different wigs and extensions and really love this shampoo. The fact that it's a 32 ounce bottle is great too and since I don't wash my extensions all that often it will last me a very long time. It also smells wonderful and if I can get it on sale I will probably be ordering more when this runs out. And that's where my only issue lies: with the price. I've gotten other similar shampoos for quite a bit less and just can't really justify spending sixty dollars although there is a 25% off coupon which makes it much more reasonably priced. All in all a great product and once I'll use and buy again... =)

Works great on my hair extensions but I could see people using this on their real hair as this is great quality and it leaves my extensions feeling super soft, clean, and silky smooth. It lathers very well and rinses off very easily. Definitely worth the price you pay. The coconut scent doesn't bother me as it is very subtle.

I�ve tried tons of products for my hair and this is the best by far. I have thin, fine hair and recently had hand tied wefts put in. I took a chance on spending some extra on this product and I’m SO glad I did.
